He holds a B.Sc(Arch), M.ED (Arch) from the University of Lagos Akoka, HND (Arch) from Yaba College of Technology Lagos and also has a postgraduate Diploma in Management from Abubakar Tawafa Balewa University, Bauchi.

At the University of Lagos, He graduated as one of the best students in his class and won the University’s Graduate Assistantship Award. He also won the National Youths Service Corps (NYSC) Kaduna State Honors Award for a self-made project on Earth technology.

He is a FULL MEMBER OF THE NIGERIAN INSTITUTE OF ARCHITECTS AND ARCHITECTS REGISTRATION COUNCIL OF NIGERIA and also a Chartered member of the Royal Institute of British Architects, and an International Associate member of American Institute of Architects.

He is the Principal of Contemporary Architecture Limited that has overseen several design and construction projects in Nigeria.

Arc Adeoti Akintayo Olusegun (M/1654 MNIA, AIA)

Arc Adeoti attended The Polytechnic Ibadan (N.D), University of Jos (BSc and MSc) and became a fully registered architect November 1998.

He worked in Ray Design Associates, Obalende Lagos (1991-1994) after which he established Shalon En-Consult International Ltd of which he remains the Principal Partner till date.

He has over 27 years of practice over wide range of Institutional buildings, Educational, Recreational and Religious Buildings.

Arc Abiodun Fatuyi

He started his career at the University of Lagos where he obtained his B.Sc. in Architecture and Master in Environmental Design.

He later worked in various capacities for well-established architectural and construction firms in Nigeria before he became a Managing Partner for Paradigm shift Design Limited.

He has served in various committees of the Chapter.

Arc. Abimbola Ashiru


Abimbola Olayemi Ashiru is a registered Architect and thoroughgoing Environmentalist. She started her career in the private sector with Nigerite Nigeria Limited during her National Youth Service (2001-2002), following a Higher National Diploma (HND) at the Yaba College of Technology.
Thereafter, she proceeded to study Architecture in the University of Lagos for her Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science and Master’s degree in Environmental Design in 2004 and 2006 respectively. She was awarded a Teaching Assistant-ship by the School of Post Graduate Studies, in the Department of Architecture, University of Lagos (July 2004 to March 2005).

She has work experiences in private architectural firms before opting to take employment at the Lagos State Civil Service, first of all, with Lagos State Signage and Advertisement Agency (LASAA) where she served at different times the head of the following units: Special Projects Unit; Site Landscape and Beautification; Signage Designing Units; Planning, Design and Beautification Unit. She then transitioned to the Lagos State Parks and Gardens Agency (LASPARK) where she served as the Head of Beautification and Design Department- a unit concerned with the regeneration of some major blighted areas in the State.

In 2015, She moved to the Ministry of Works and Infrastructure. Since then, She has participated as a Consultant Architect, managing projects through the Initiation to completion stages of projects across the State.

She is passionate about the built environment and infrastructural regeneration.
In my spare time, She enjoys reading quality books of various themes, and also spending time with family.

He is the Principal Partner of B&L Architects Limited, an architecture firm that has been in existence for the past 12 years.

He is also a member of Council Member -: Nigeria-Britain Association (N-BA).

He has worked at various firms in Abuja and Lagos and currently is CEO of Carmen and struct Limited, a Real Estate Development company.

He worked on various projects including the churchgate building in Lagos and Abuja, the presidential banquet Hall, Aso Villa Abuja and the British council offices in Maitama Abuja While with Design Group limited, Architects and Urban designers.

Arc. Oluseun Ogunleye is an experienced Architect with more than eight years of working experience in design production, design concept generation, architectural visualization, construction supervision, quality control and quality assurance roles.

An avid football follower, enjoys reading and playing video games for an hobby.
He is married and blessed with 2 kids.

Arc Ibitola Omolara Okuboyejo

Arc. Ibitola is currently a Principal Partner at Q Design Consultants; she started her Architecture career with a BSc and MSc in Architecture.

She went further to get an MBA. She has been actively involved in modern architectural practice, real estate and very significantly in mentoring, guidance and counseling of young architects and numerous architectural students from various Nigerian Institutions and Schools of Architecture.

She has played important roles in both public and private spheres of the built environment and possesses wide and varied field experience through the design and execution and large and complex projects, with major footprints in the housing sector, thus acquiring strong core competences in project conception and feasibility studies, design development, project planning, contract administration, project management and implementation.

She has thirty-two years’ experience in design, architecture, construction and project management.

She has planned, supervised, managed and executed several construction and architectural projects. She mentors teenage girls on social, moral and etiquette.

Obinna Ezeobika was born in Lagos, Nigeria. He attended Kings College Lagos and later advanced his studies to the University of Lagos where he got his Bachelor of Science in Architecture and Masters in Environmental Design in Architecture degrees respectively.

He worked with a top reputable Architectural firm during which he became members of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (N.I.A) and Architectural Registration Council of Nigeria (A.R.C.O.N), before becoming the Founder/ Principal Partner of a young growing Architectural Consultancy Firm.

Obinna Ezeobika is an experienced Professional Architect with a demonstrated history of working in the Architecture, Construction and Planning Industry. He is highly skilled in the design of Health Cares, Mixed-use, Residential & Commercial Buildings.
